Terms & Conditions
Clothing-on will not be responsible for any lost mailed-out items sent through normal postage. Items will be sent out strictly through postage only; no meet-ups will be organized. Reservations will not be allowed. Submitting an order implies your intention of confirming the order. No backing-out is allowed. Dead buyers will be blacklisted from our website and from future purchases.

Clothing-on makes an effort to display the colour of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours that you see depend on the resolution of your monitor. Hence, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display of colours will be the same as the colours of our products.
Ordering
All items are stated in Singapore Dollars, SGD.
To purchase an item, choose the quantity and add it to your shopping cart. After adding, you will notice on the top right hand corner, there will be a bracket with the number of items you have added into your shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout. You will receive a payment advice (invoice) email within the next 24 hours after submitting your order. Please make your payment and revert back to us within 24 hours.
In the event whereby you are unable to make your payment within 24 hours, kindly inform Clothing-on at [email protected] upon receiving the invoice. Clothing-on reserves the right to release your item to the next interested buyer if no payment is made within the time frame.
Delivery
Clothing-on will mail out all purchased items within 2 working days after the confirmation of the payment. You should receive your item(s) in 4 to 6 days, excluding weekends.
Exchange Policy
We will exchange any defected items if it is being mailed to us within 5 days after our acknowledgement. Customers shall bear the full responsibility in ensuring that the items mailed back are packed and sealed securely. We will not be responsible for lost mails regarding such returns or exchange.
For items that are deemed defected, Clothing-on will do an exchange for the same items; provided there is available stock. In the case of stock-out, we will encourage you to choose another item of similar pricing. However, if there is a huge price difference, a top-up may be required.
Pricing and Transaction
All the prices stated on the site are final, non-negotiable and inclusive of normal postage.
Registered mail would be recommended at an additional cost of $2.50.
Clothing-on does international shipping as well. The transit time will be between 5 to 10 working days, but items may experience custom delays of several weeks.
Currently, bringme-bags would only accept POSB/DBS bank transfer and i-banking. A clear snapshot of the transaction receipt is required and do keep the receipt till we acknowledge your payment.
